Here I am! I had to stop posting for a bit because my readership was getting out of control and the celebrity was threatening to change me. I mean REALLY. Two readers a day I could handle. But three?? Sometimes four?? Yipes.
During all of this I also got married and read a lot of books and watched a lot of movies. Someday I will learn to make links and post pictures. Maybe my HUSBAND will show me how.
The highlight of our trip for me (other than the wedding, the family, and the Doritoes) was getting to swim almost everyday. Other nice things were walking around the lake, riding bikes around West Barnet, and touring the Kingdom in mom's Subaru. The not so great stuff was having to see my family's old store closed down, the nightlife in St. Johnsbury, and how effing bad New York smells. How did that escape me for three years? Lordy.
I didn't knit one single stitch for the month we were gone. It was fairly liberating, but now I'm back at it in full force.
I'm teaching tons of classes this fall and need to complete all the samples for those classes while still working on my HUSBAND'S sweater.
Other than that? I really love my dog. I like sleeping in a tent with her, I like her stinky stink, and I like her smiley face.
I don't like it when she poops in the same room we eat in, or when she draws blood because we're too lazy to clip her nails, but she's still a keeper.
More later, but in the meantime, did I mention MY HUSBAND??

lol... don't let blog celebrity change you! i've read enough comic books in my day to understand the ongoing battle that rages inside you -- between the "cait" we all know, and your alter-ego "the gauge" -- but if clark kent can handle it, if peter parker can handle it, if *i* can handle it, then so can you!

ps.. the MILLIONS of us who read your blog through rss feeds (like bloglines) usually don't show up on your stat counters unless we actually visit your page.
